​Service Refund Policy 

At Visage’ MediSpa, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring every client has a positive experience. As a small business, we kindly ask for your understanding of our refund policy:

  • No Refunds on Services: All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, payment cannot be reversed.

  • Series Purchases: If you have purchased a series of treatments and decide not to complete the series, the value of services already used will be deducted at the full single-service price. The remaining balance will be converted into a monetary credit that may be applied toward any other service of your choice.

  • Deposits on Series: Deposits made toward a treatment series may be refunded in full if requested within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward any other service.

We greatly appreciate your support and understanding. As a small business, it is difficult to offer cash refunds, but we are always happy to ensure the value of your purchase is honored toward services that help you look and feel your best.

Product Refund Policy

Unopened Products: Unopened products may be returned within 2 days of purchase. All returns must be inspected and approved by management before a refund is issued.

Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding and support. These policies help us maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for all our clients.

Refund Policy for Packages

All package sales at Visage’ MEDISPA are final. Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare services, we do not offer refunds on any purchased packages, deposits, or prepaid treatments.

 

Credit Conversion
If you choose not to continue with your remaining treatments:

Any funds paid will be converted into a non-refundable spa credit.

The value of any completed treatments will be deducted at their full, regular (non-discounted) price.

Remaining credit can be used toward other services or products at Visage’ MEDISPA.

 

No Refunds Under Any Circumstances


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Relocating

  • Dissatisfaction with natural treatment outcomes

  • Gifted packages

  • Inability to complete treatments within suggested timelines

  • Failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions

Package Expiration
Packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.

 

Non-Transferable
Packages, credits, and unused sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared with or gifted to another person.

 

Medical Exceptions
If you experience a medical condition that prevents you from completing your package, a doctor’s note is required.

In such cases, remaining funds still convert to spa credit only; we will consider exceptions for these circumstances, however, they will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

 

Pricing & Adjustments
If pricing changes after your package purchase, your existing package value remains the same.

Credits issued from unused portions will reflect the original amount paid, not current promotional or discounted rates.

 

Agreement
By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Online Booking Policy

Online deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your service.​

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

​If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we do our best to accommodate schedule changes when proper notice is given. However, this policy ensures that our service providers’ time is respected and that we can continue to offer high-quality care to all our clients.

Gift Certificate Stipulations â€‹

• Promo value on gift cards is valid for 60 days after purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Gift certificates cannot be used toward Cosmetic Injections or IV Infusions (Kissed by Rhea & Action Wellness)
• Gift certificates are only valid for Visage’ MEDISPA services and cannot be redeemed at any partnering businesses.
• Promotional gift certificates cannot be used to purchase specials, discounts, packages, or event pricing.
• Gift Certificate promo treatments are valid through February 14, 2026 — no exceptions.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
• Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
• Promotional values are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Standard paid value never expires and remains valid toward regular-priced services only.

Kissed by Rhea Injection Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All injectable treatments (including but not limited to Botox, fillers, and other cosmetic injections) are non-refundable.

  • We are committed to providing the highest quality care and services, and results may vary from person to person. By receiving injectable treatments, clients acknowledge and accept this policy.
