​Service Refund Policy
At Visage’ MediSpa, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring every client has a positive experience. As a small business, we kindly ask for your understanding of our refund policy:

No Refunds on Services: All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, payment cannot be reversed.

Series Purchases: If you have purchased a series of treatments and decide not to complete the series, the value of services already used will be deducted at the full single-service price. The remaining balance will be converted into a monetary credit that may be applied toward any other service of your choice.

Deposits on Series: Deposits made toward a treatment series may be refunded in full if requested within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward any other service.
We greatly appreciate your support and understanding. As a small business, it is difficult to offer cash refunds, but we are always happy to ensure the value of your purchase is honored toward services that help you look and feel your best.
Product Refund Policy
Unopened Products: Unopened products may be returned within 2 days of purchase. All returns must be inspected and approved by management before a refund is issued.
Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding and support. These policies help us maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for all our clients.
Injection Refund Policy

No Refunds: All injectable treatments (including but not limited to Botox, fillers, and other cosmetic injections) are non-refundable.
