Cancellation Policy

Online Booking Policy A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A member of our team will contact you to take your deposit directly. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your service. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we do our best to accommodate schedule changes when proper notice is given. However, this policy ensures that our service providers’ time is respected and that we can continue to offer high-quality care to all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
